Course Details
Format, Flow, Timing, and Cost
Classes are held weekly, on Sundays at 2pm ET, for 90 minutes. The winter/spring course starts February 9th and ends April 6th, 2024.
Each class begins with a grounding session to help us become more calm, present, and open. Then, we move into the week's lesson. This time includes presentations, group discussions, experiential exercises, and interactive demonstrations. Finally, we end with a long-form meditation – inclusive of breathwork, visualizations, and somatic practices – to help us connect with, explore, or embody the lesson of the week. Each module includes a guide and journal to support at-home practices, weekly assignments, and deeper self-discovery throughout the course.

The winter/spring session is being offered with a pay-what-you-can model. It's my goal to offer one session annually that meets the financial means of all who want to participate. You can read more about this below in the FAQ section.
